The Lunch Bowl was born out of a simple frustration. It was too hard to find a fast lunch that was actually good for you. No compromises, no mystery ingredients, no wilted greens under fluorescent lights. We wanted lunch that tasted like someone cared about what went into it.
We opened our doors in Pocatello with a single conviction: that a bowl of food assembled with fresh, whole, organic ingredients from local farms could be both nourishing and genuinely satisfying. Every item on our menu is prepared daily in-house, from the hand-trimmed proteins to the dressings we batch each morning.

We partner with farms within a 150-mile radius to keep produce seasonal, fresh, and traceable from field to bowl.
